The Grand Residence is our largest apartment and is designed for groups who want to stay together without giving up their personal space.
It accommodates up to 8 guests, with two additional sleeping places in an extra bedroom available on request for an extra fee.

Sleeping arrangements
The four upstairs bedrooms have twin beds which are normally prepared as double beds. The beds can be separated into twin beds on request.
The extra bedroom downstairs, available on request, also has 2 single beds, made up to suit your needs.
Kitchen & living
The fully equipped kitchen includes a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher and kitchenware.
The apartment has two living areas, providing plenty of room for larger groups to relax, eat and spend time together. The living room downstairs is equipped with a TV with Netflix access. The living room upstairs has a nice sitting area and opens onto our beautiful outdoor terrace.
Bathrooms
The upstairs bathroom has a toilet, a basin, a shower and a bathtub.
The downstairs bathroom has a toilet, a basin and a shower.
Shared by everyone at the Lodge

Some things are better shared.
All guests at Akureyri Lodge have access to the outdoor area and our shared hot tub.
The hot tub can be used between 07:00 and 23:00. The switch is located directly outside the hot tub, and an outdoor shower is available beside it.
If you are filling the tub from empty, allow approximately 60 minutes for it to heat up.
Outside
The Grand Residence has access to the shared outdoor area and hot tub.
A BBQ is available exclusively for guests staying in the Grand Residence.
